Abstract

This is an example nanoHUB Jupyter tool that is based off of Example nanoHUB Jupyter Tool using git with nanoFORGE, but has a different invoke script that should allow files to be copied into the user's nanoHUB filespace where they can run as editable notebooks, instead of running in read-only mode.

This Notebook is built on Anaconda 6 using https://nanohub.org/tools/jupyter60
